Engineering Careers - ASHRAE Student Panel Discussion
Students: Are you interested in learning about career paths in consulting engineering, energy efficiency, building automation, thermal comfort, engineering sales, and more? Join us for a FREE virtual panel discussion on March 25th at 7 PM, where members of the Idaho Chapter of ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers) will discuss career options in their fields.
Panelists will discuss their work, local job prospects for new grads, and offer career advice, as well as fielding audience questions. Panelists will include representatives from the following fields:
- Consulting Engineering
- Energy Analysis and Sustainability
- Facility Engineering
- Utilities and Energy Conservation
- Research and Academics
- Building Commissioning
- Building Automation Systems
Additionally, during the meeting, we will have a door prize drawing for five $20 WinCo gift cards for student attendees! Must be present (virtually) to win.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES:

- Enter your name & email address on the contact info page then click continue
- On the Tickets & Products page, click the "Add" button, answer the questions (ignore the one about what company you work for) then click "continue"
- Click "continue" through two more pages until you get a page that says "Congratulations, your registration is complete". If you don't get the "congratulations" message, you haven't clicked continue enough times and will not receive the Zoom link if you stop now!
After you complete the registration process, you should receive a confirmation email. Later, you will receive an email with the Zoom link for the meeting.
