This month's speak for our chapter meeting will be Mark Grimes from the Bureau of Facility Standards, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. He will be giving an overview of the agency, their responsibilities, rules, base codes and major concerns for the built environment, specifically the mechanical concerns he runs into.
